Enjoy the Flyboard exhibition at the 2016 Mobile Boat ShowAre you a boating or fishing enthusiast? Is getting out on the water something you look forward to all year long? Then you wont want to miss the annual Mobile Boat Show, in Mobile, AL, scheduled for February 19th through the 21st, 2016!
The annual Mobile Boat Show is held around the beginning of each year at Mobile's Arthur R. Outlaw Convention Center. This spectacular facility's 100,000 square foot exhibit hall will be packed to the rafters with new boats of every make, style, and size as well as a wide variety of other marine products: motors, trailers, fishing tackle, etc.
Beyond new and revolutionary new boats and products, Mobile Boat Show 2016 is also set to feature product demonstrations, seminars, performances, competitions, and special events. There is always so much going on every day at these shows that even the non-boating enthusiast will find plenty to entertain them. The annual Mobile Boat Show truly does offer fun for the whole family!
One highlight of the 2016 Mobile Boat Show are the professional flyboarding demonstrations that will be held in the Mobile River. If you're unfamiliar with these fun, new water toys, you're in for a real treat. A Flyboard is a jet-propelled, wakeboard-style platform that uses the discharge from a Jet Ski for propulsion and lift. Flyboard riders can achieve heights up to 49 feet in the air or dive down to 8 foot below the surface of the water and report a sense of weightlessness while performing the aerial maneuvers - exciting and amazing!
Other attractions set to be exhibited at the 2016 Mobile Boat Show include the ever popular Fetch-n-Fish dog show, plenty of celebrity angling talent at the Skeeter Experience seminar series, and lots of giveaways all Mobile Boat Show weekend long.
As of this writing, the 2016 Mobile Boat Show schedule of events had yet to be posted on the
website (last year's events were still up, so be aware of that when visiting the site) but it should soon be updated. There is also a
2016 Mobile Boat Show Facebook page and updates will likely be posted there as they happen, too.
